A background in real estate is not required. Those with a sales background, who want to use those skills to help other will be a great fit for our team. We have seen many successful REALTORS® come from many backgrounds, including:

The real estate market is one of the hottest we’ve seen in years, and The Duley Group is looking to add a few top-notch REALTORS® to our organization! If you are not yet licensed, we can point you in the right direction to be licensed within 40-60 days. Realtors on our team average $60,000 in commissions in their first year using our world-class business plan, training, and coaching. Our seasoned real estate agents earn $100 – $125K a year with us.
