- Creekside — Popular with families; great schools nearby.
- Talamore — Upscale, newer construction, community pool and amenities.
- Angel Falls — A resort-style community with a pool and clubhouse.
- Riverwalk Farms — Larger lots and a more rural edge, minutes from town.
The honest part: Bentonville’s desirability comes with a price tag — you’ll pay the most per square foot here of anywhere in NWA. But you’re buying into the region’s most walkable, amenity-rich, and culturally deep city.
