Abby Leach brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to the team. Originally from the great state of Oklahoma, she is happily married to Austin, a pastor at Life Church in Rogers. His job is what brought them to NWA in April of 2023. They have two cats, Rosie and Kitty, and a dog named Bubba. They hope to start a family in the next two years, as they build a home in Bella Vista and begin to plant roots.

She finds solace in the simple pleasures of sipping a cup of coffee, while her deep affection for animals adds an extra layer of warmth to her life. Abby and Austin love nature, and traveling is an important part of their lives. She enjoys baking and cooking, with a focus on sourdough and all things sweet. With a keen eye for aesthetics, Abby also enjoys delving into the realm of interior design, creating cozy and inviting spaces for herself, her family, and friends.

Professionally, Abby has demonstrated her versatility in a variety of roles. Her experience in HR and office coordination reflects her strong organizational skills and dedication to creating efficient and welcoming work environments.
