While employed by the same company in 2014, Mike and Cody became friends. Cody finally agreed to join Mike for dinner after much persuasion. Both of them continued to work in corporate America, Mike for Walmart and Cody for Kimberly & Clark. While Cody was carrying their first child, Mike took a big risk and launched his real estate career. Cody quickly followed after him. With a staff of over 15 agents, they currently operate one of Northwest Arkansas' most prosperous real estate firms.
