Growing up in Northwest Arkansas, Richard has personally observed the area’s evolution in both residential and commercial development. His adaptability to change positions him as an excellent candidate for real estate, as he understands that each deal is unique.

While holding a real estate license since 2006, Richard has diversified his experience, having worked in the fire service and the consumer packaged goods industry with Walmart and Sam’s Club. With a composed demeanor in negotiations, meticulous attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a strong business acumen, Richard draws upon his diverse background to excel in real estate. His commitment to customer satisfaction drives his proactive communication, ensuring all parties are well-informed throughout transactions.

Richard is eagerly anticipating his graduation from the University of Arkansas with a Master’s in Business Administration this May. Beyond his academic pursuits, he enjoys exploring the vibrant art and culinary scenes of NWA with his wife and three teenagers. Additionally, he immerses himself in outdoor activities such as biking and hiking along the extensive trail network in the region.
